Sex In Violets

In the mid-90s Jade Starling and Whey Cooler from Pretty Poison had a hip heavy metal/hard rock band called Sex In Violets. They released a seven-song EP titled Deflowered in 1995 and did a lot of bunch of live gigs, including opening for a then-rocking Boy George at the Electric Factory in Philly in November that same year. They also filmed a video, "Crawl," at the defunct Eastern State Penetentary. Quite different from the pop-dance music that Pretty Poison made (and continues to make).
